Welcome back to another episode on the MindCep Podcast and in today’s episode we have a very special guest named Alex Adams joining us today.

Alex Adams and myself went to highschool together back in 2011, we worked out in our highschool gym while he was training for football and I was learning bodybuilding.
Alex and me have always connected really well because he has the continuous pursuit of growth, he likes to learn new things regularly, and works hard at everything he does.
He is the kind of person that when life sends him adversity, he turns that adversity or difficult situation into an opportunity. Having overcome recent knee re-constructive surgery, he has had to do regular daily rehab to his knee throughout this pandemic. Gyms being currently closed, Alex has gotten creative at his workouts and done regular walks and hikes throughout Vancouver Island to make the best of the situation and having limited access to any workout equipment.
He believes strongly in strengthening the mind and the body to build resilience against life’s everyday stressors that we all encounter. Getting enough daily exercise in is a must, and eating the right foods to fuel our bodies is his main priority each and everyday.
